Beautiful, unique, clean home. Jeff was very helpful and provided detailed information about the home and its amenities ahead of time. I would love to stay here again!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Jeff’s place for her birthday. Very comfortable, incredibly clean, and really uniquely designed and decorated with a very well stocked kitchen. The instructional videos were really helpful and Jeff suggested a couple of great local spots to explore. Would love to visit again.

An absolute beautiful modern home and very cozy. The hot tub was incredible, and the master bed and roomy shower were great. It’s not as private as it says it is though. People can still see you from the Road while you’re in the hot-tub. Other than that it was a great stay, just a bit pricy. Definitely recommend if your looking for a place with a hot tub.

Our stay at Jeff’s Airbnb was everything we expected and more! We where looking for a home with charm and calm surroundings and it lived up to all our expectations 😊 The pictures on the listing are all accurate but they can’t show the true beauty as well as in real life. The home is both private and accessible (not deep in middle of the forest or too far from stores) The rooms where all clean and fresh looking and the whole place has a real cozy ambiance. As someone who lives in the city the outdoor space was a real treat and the nature around us was refreshing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this to others and hope to come back again with our family!

We love every bit of this house. It is a beautiful and unique mid-century home. We love all the decorative and thoughtful details put into this house. We went out to local restaurants and cooked for two days. The cabinets were well stocked and with lots of spices. Had a chance to use the grill and hot tub and it was quite nice. Everything was very clean and spotless. We had such a wonderful experience. My son and I will definitely be back in the future.

Had a mixed experience here. The house itself was great: beautifully decorated and very clean; lots of sunlight; pretty nice speakers with a Bluetooth receiver. The location isn't as secluded as implied by the listing. The house is right on the road with neighbors nearby. Could hear cars & lawnmowers, and the road has a view to the hot tub and windows on one side of the house. We had some maintenance issues related to the grill and the hot tub. The hosts were communicative and apologetic so it could've just been bad luck, but still marred the experience. The hot tub didn't work well. They came out to replace the filter, but afterwards it still didn't quite get up to temperature and (I guess) wasn't filtering properly since there was a bunch of stuff floating in the water. The grill wasn't hooked up when we got there, and I had to replace the battery on the igniter. One of the two propane tanks was empty when we got there, and the other emptied during our stay. Another thing that might not have bothered me if everything else was perfect: there was a little envelope soliciting tips for the cleaner. I'm a generous tipper in contexts where they're needed as a supplement for living wages, but given that we already paid a cleaning fee (which is set by the host), it should be the host who's incentivizing the cleaner.

The building features a modern, unique design that is perfectly blended into the surrounding nature. Inside the house, it is very clean, and all modern amenities are available. Jeff is a wonderful host - the communication was clear and timely, leading to a great experience. Would love to revisit this place again!

This place is incredible! Such a welcoming and comfortable cozy space exactly as pictured. Amazing place for a weekend getaway. Super clean and cozy! We made full use of the hot tub which was devine. We had cold weather but nonetheless the temperature in the hot tub was perfect to enjoy. We loved every second here and would love to return some time. Absolutely recommend!

This house is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing trip. We didn’t venture out to town as we just enjoyed chilling in the hot tub, watching the fireplace and making home cooked meals in the cozy kitchen.

Great place if your looking to get away and relax.

If you love mid-century modern design and architecture, you will love this place. And even if you don't care as much about that, you will enjoy the simplicity of this place. Everything you need is there, plus a couple of big bonuses: the outdoor space and hot tub! If you want to just hang out in a cool spot or get away to write, work remotely in a cool spot, or whatever, this is a good spot to do it. Very quiet and relaxing! Some specific things I appreciated: 1) comfortable bed 2) very spacious bathroom 3) tons of windows with natural light 4) TV (Netflix, YouTube TV, etc) and WIFI worked great 4) Hot tub was super hot and relaxing 5) All the cooking utensils and supplies (oil, seasonings, etc) were provided 6) very comfortable sectional

If you’re thinking about booking a trip here, please do! You will not be disappointed. The location is beautiful, house is absolutely stunning and very clean, and the overall atmosphere is just 10/10. The shower was great, very spacious and easy to use. The bed was sooo comfortable. One of my favorite parts was sitting in the hot tub and listening to the running stream. We could not have had a more perfect getaway, the most relaxing trip i’ve ever been on by far.

Great place to get away for a few days very clean and great location

The hot tub is clean and lovely, the architecture of the house is very interesting if you’re piqued by that kind of thing. We went hiking on a trail nearby and saw lots of great flora and fauna. The bed and couch were very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans.

My husband, kids, and I booked this house for an unplugged weekend away and it did not disappoint! The house was very clean and well kept. It was stocked with everything we needed. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus! Book this house if you’re looking for a getaway in a quiet (aside from one goat) area with beautiful views. You will not regret it!! Also, we had no issues with stink bugs (I think I saw 2 the whole weekend) but we are local to this area so we knew what to expect. Thanks again for a terrific weekend away. We hope to be back again some day!!

The house is a beautifully and respectfully updated time capsule. It is perfect for a cozy getaway and centrally located for a lot of things, particularly antiquing. Using the jacuzzi in the snow was a wonderful way to spend a night, and, while the location of the house feels remote enough, you can still get most types of food delivered to you if you don’t feel like cooking (if you do, the necessary equipment is there). Check-in and -out was a breeze, and the beds were also very comfortable. We also really enjoyed drinking coffee to the sounds of the babbling creek, and the WiFi was enough to take video calls for work. Jeff’s house is a gem!

Overall: Cool aesthetics, but the details were off. Pros: - Nice design and aesthetic of the house. Beautiful and modern. - Functioning kitchen, washer, dryer, etc. - Kitchen contained all the necessities (pots, pans, utensils, etc.). - Lots of wonderful things to see outdoors in nature (blue birds, goats, etc.). - The floor to ceiling windows were great, and allowed us to experience nature within the confines of the house. - Christmas tree was setup in the living room, which was a nice, homely touch. - The hosts were responsive and quick with any issues we ran into, that they could solve. Cons: - It was cleaned a week prior to us arriving, but no checkup was done prior to our arrival. We arrived to a bunch of dead flies in the house. - There were stink bugs throughout the house, and even when we dealt with them, more appeared throughout our stay. We understand that we can't control nature, but it would have been nice to know prior to arriving/purchase. - Despite claims of privacy, the hot tub and yard were fully visible to the road and neighbors. We were trying to be modest, so we only went out to the hot tub in the dark. - We found various random objects outside the house and inside (a cup of water in the middle of the yard, an old hairbrush by the couch, some screws on the floor, etc.). - There was mold on the railing of the hot tub. - No information provided in the house, like how to use the sound system for bluetooth, fridge wasn't making ice and we couldn't figure out how, etc. - The fireplace when turned on was making a loud squeaking sound. We ended up leaving it off the entire time. - We wish we had more comfortable items around like blankets, more pillows, etc. The home, while nice, didn't "feel" comfortable. - The host arrived one day to work on the hot tub with an hour's notice. Great that he's keeping up with the hot tub, but when looking for privacy, we weren't expecting any visitors.

The place is beautiful and the bed was so comfortable! If you’re planning on cooking, the kitchen is a tad sparse. I didn’t see an option to run the garbage disposal so it was an adventure cleaning up after we cooked. Overall, great place though!

Beautiful home, exactly as advertised. The lot is woodsy and feels serene without being secluded. The living area, complete with big screen tv and surround sound, was perfect for lazing about and has plenty of comfy seating. The beds were cozy and the hot tub was perfect. If you plan on doing much cooking, you may want to look into stopping for groceries on your way in, as the stores in the immediate area are limited. The kitchen is equipped with very basic items (pans, dishware, utensils, keurig, salt/pepper/vegetable oil) so be sure to bring anything else you might need. All in all, a great weekend getaway! This is one of the most relaxing AirB&B destinations! It is chockful of design books, and as an interior designer, I appreciate the framed article showcasing the house's architectural history. The house is equipped with kitchenware and games. The time outside in the hot tub is just as enjoyable as time inside with morning coffee listening to the babbling brook below.

The location gave just the right amount of seclusion but still allowed easy access to all the things we needed. We really enjoyed the unique feel, decorations, and amenities this home had to offer. It gave us the west coast feel on the east coast.

We agree with all of the previous rave reviews - this property is stunning. It's like a mini Falling Water. Jeff was super fast to respond when we had a couple questions. Perfect retreat for a getaway from city life and/or anyone who loves mid-century modern style.

Beautiful, comfortable property! I’d love to stay here again. I do feel the price was a bit high considering the location and the limited amount of beds and it only has one bathroom. Overall though the house was wonderful as was all the communication with the hosts.

This home truly was everything all the reviews mentioned. Me and my family were delighted with just about everything. The location, architecture and all the amenities. A tip to anyone who plays Tennis. There is a Tennis court about 2 minutes from the home. And a pro shop called Fromoth about 15 minutes away. We are a Tennis family and this was just the Icing on the cake.

Jeff’s home is a perfect little getaway from NYC. Loved the open floorplan - cozy, thoughtfully arranged, clean, warm, stylish, inviting. The master bed is divine, the quality of sleep and comfiness was a dream. The plentiful windows bring so much life to the space. We wished there was better lighting on the deck to be able to grill at night but that was no big deal. It’s a perfect place for 2 - intimate but spacious, the placement/distance of the home to the outside deck down to the picnic area where the jacuzzi also lives was just right. We appreciated the attention to detail. They also accommodated a late check out which we appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay here, we haven’t found an airbnb near the city that we’ve felt like coming back to a 2nd time. But we will be coming back here. Thank you Jeff!

This is a beautiful little house anyone interested in mid century modern architecture will enjoy. It is decorated very well, and the beds are super comfortable. The hosts were available and responsive when the A/C had an issue working, and sent someone to fix it. I would recommend bringing your own toiletries, as there were some for the shower but they were appropriate for one person max. I would also recommend checking to see if the grill has propane. We did not realize it was out until we were going to use it. Overall, it was a peaceful and aesthetically pleasing trip. I would suggest checking it out!

Had the loveliest time at this gem of a home. Our weekend was full of bbqing, relaxing in the hot tub, cozy lounging, movie nights and visiting the neighboring goats. The home is very clean and absolutely beautifully furnished. There are also a ton of great antique stores in the area (about 15 mins away) and everything you need food and drinks wise about 10 mins away. A perfect airbnb experience.

This home is so beautiful, photos do not do it justice. The location of the home for a weekend if you are looking for a serene, relaxing and a modern secluded getaway. The hosts had provided everything in such a quick and timely manner. They were very responsive and made sure that everything was set before our stay. The outdoors has such great relaxing sounds of birds and a stream that flows under the home and into the backyard which was beautiful. Unfortunately it was raining, however the home was so accommodating we actually loved staying in. This place is a must ! highly recommend!

It's one of those places that when you arrive in person it turns out to be exactly as pictured - and then better. There are so many homey touches, the space is inviting and beautiful. Our stay was perfect, we utilized the grill and the hot tub and they were easy and stress free. Great Mid Century Modern space. The home is unique with a stream that runs under the living area. With the windows open you can hear the water running below which creates a very relaxing environment. The decor, bedding choices, and free snacks were also nice touches. Our three year old loved the hot tub as well as the swing set and slide on the property. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a unique, relaxing, MCM getaway for your family.

Jeff & Teresa home is beyond amazing! The stream that flows through the living room is relaxing to say the least. The hot tub is an experience worthy under the night moon! The decor is breath taking, and the surround sound in the living room puts you into an experience while watching television. Super comforting home, and will highly recommend!

One of the best airbnb experiences I had. We drove from the greater NY area and it took us about ~2.5hrs to get to the airbnb so the location wasn't too remote. The architecture of the airbnb is what you can expect from the stunning photos, and the neighborhood was very quiet and rustic. One of the best features was the sound of the creek, which added a nice touch to the stay. Overall, absolutely recommend this location if you are able to get a reservation!

We had a most wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The design of the home and property is exquisite - thoughtful, functional, unique. A stream runs under the house and provides such a calm ambiance that’s hard to put into words. It was so easy to fully relax in the environment - we woke up to the sounds of nature and went to bed feeling refreshed from the fresh air. The house itself is well stocked with all you would need for a remote getaway and more (4K TV, surround sound system). We especially appreciated the host’s thorough COVID cleaning policy. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to unwind with nature yet enjoy a full suite of amenities!

This home was even more beautiful in person, didn’t even know that was possible! I came during some snow, so the big and plentiful windows were really great to enjoy the view. You could hear the stream below while indoors which was so blissful. The hot tub was great, a much needed touch. The decor and details of this place were incredible. Everything I needed in the kitchen was there. The surround sound was awesome for hanging out on the couch watching Netflix. I wish I stayed longer, SO worth the price!

This Airbnb is absolutely wonderful. The architecture has been highlighted locally, so it was fun to read the framed articles in the house and do some of our own research online. The space was completely clean and looked just like the photos. The large TV with surround sound was perfect for late night movie watching. The couch was SUPER comfortable (for my late night couch naps). The master bed was also great -- the mattress felt brand new. We enjoyed the hot tub twice and enjoyed watching the neighbor's goats roaming across the street. We had a very romantic weekend away from DC.

My husband and I stayed here to get away and celebrate my 27th birthday. It was an amazing experience! Felt like we were at the poconos! I wished I could stay longer.. This place makes you feel at home. The house is very clean, cozy and spacious. The jacuzzi was the best part! My husband and I had a small issue on our first night and Jeff not only gave us a refund but came over right away to Fix the matter. He would always check up on us which was very nice of him! I can't wait to come back!

This place is a gem! The stream outside is the most calming welcoming sound to start your day and end your evening. The hot tub was the best way to relax. The house is absolutely beautiful! The interior was done with such a wonderful attention to style and detail. Comfort, style, modern appliances, and pretty much every smart tv app you can imagine. I would highly recommend this as a get away.

We checked into Jeff’s place for a few nights to celebrate our anniversary as well as the new year. The place exceeded our expectations in cleanliness and thoughtful touches. It was also much bigger than we were expecting. Sitting in the hot tub while watching the ball drop for NYE was an amazing experience!

Jeff’s place is a unique escape. It looks just like the pictures - modern decor, great tv, updated kitchen and comfortable couch and bed! Felt very clean too. One note for anyone coming in the winter, there were stink bugs that we had to keep catching. Apparently they come inside in the cold. Although they are harmless, it was kind of annoying when trying to relax. Hot tub was lovely too in the snow. Also easy to order delivery to the house too.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful home- it feels like you are sitting in nature with all of the windows and we could hear the water burbling under the house. We enjoyed the hot tub (even with the snow). The mid-century modern home and decor are great! Jeff was very responsive when we had questions and he and his wife came to shovel us out after the snowstorm. Thank you!

This space is so worth it to rent out for a long weekend. The space is exactly as pictured and is perfect for a COVID-friendly getaway. The home has an overall cozy feel to it with its fireplace and comfortable couch, with a modern flair. The kitchen was clean and well stocked although I did have to use the grilling tongs as there were no normal ones available. The check-in/out instructions were clear and made the entire process seamless. The only issue I encountered during my stay was a few bugs that made their way into the main living area. They were not a huge bother, just a little annoyance. When I mentioned it to Jeff he was very quick and helpful to reassure me that they were not harmful and put me at ease. But overall, a very pleasant stay that I would book again in the future!

Such a lovely structure and interior furnishings! The layout is great and roomy! The backyard area is lovely! We didn’t grill but in the warmer months that would definitely be a great spot on the deck to enjoy some meals! It was wonderful to have the hot tub so you could relax outside no matter the temperature, enjoy looking up at the stars and moon at night. Great stocked kitchen! Loved that there was a keurig! The living room was huge and cozy! Having the tv setup with so many options was great! Very nice location where we felt like we had our privacy but also not off the beaten path so much that we couldn’t get food delivered. Would book again for a nice weekend getaway.

We love this place so much we had to come back a second time. Super clean, comfortable and clean house. Jeff and his wife are incredibly accommodating. The house actually exceeds expectations. Would highly suggest this to anyone interested in getting away for a few days. We will be back.

Great place! Private and well appointed; hot tub is excellent. Had a very nice long weekend stay. Would recommend for those looking to escape for long, quiet weekend away from it all.

Incredible home, more beautiful even than expected and extremely clean. Very comfortable bed, spacious shower, large powerfully jetted hot tub and lots of other thoughtful details made the stay really special. Across from a farm with goats on a quiet road. We hope to visit again!

Our stay was for 2 weeks and it was exactly what we were looking for—a beautiful house with everything you need, perched on top of a peaceful steam. My kids absolutely loved exploring the stream and the woods. We are already thinking about booking again!

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Jeff's unique house. The place is very clean and neat. It feels secluded with plenty of trees around it even though it's rather close to other houses. We were not disappointed with anything.

We had a very nice and relaxing stay! The home is beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed the grill and hot tub. Everything was very clean, and we had no issues.

The house is exactly as advertised. It is super stylish and cozy with high end amenities. The hot tub was huge with multiple settings for the jets and lighting. The grill, oven, tv, and fireplace were all easy to use. This is a great choice if you are looking for a place to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle.
